Whether it’s moments of exquisite delight, numbing boredom, or overwhelming sensation, we can call on our mindfulness skills to meet what’s happening and respond from a place of intention and integrity.

Join an Info Session
Join Lena for an informal, hour-long Zoom info session. We’ll do a guided mindfulness practice together to get a taste what the series is like. Lena will review the course curriculum, logistics, and answer any questions you have.
